Who This Is For
If you’re a woman or mother who’s:
Caught in loops of anxiety, stress, or overwhelm
Moving through a life transition—motherhood, career change, loss, or identity shifts
Carrying the weight of old childhood wounds or generational patterns
Tired of snapping at loved ones or numbing out with scrolling, wine, or over-work
Longing for calm, confidence, and the energy to enjoy life again
then individual therapy can be your turning point.
What to Expect
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about gently bringing the hidden mess into the light so it can heal. In our one‑on‑one sessions (online throughout Washington), you’ll find a judgment‑free space where honesty is celebrated and tears are welcome.
We’ll use a blend of somatic practices, EFT tapping, Parts work and practical mindset tools to help you:
Understand the patterns behind anxiety, burnout, or mood swings.
Calm your nervous system so your body no longer feels like it’s stuck in survival mode.
Rewire unhelpful beliefs and habits so you can show up as the woman, mom and partner you want to be.
How Change Feels
Progress isn’t always comfortable—you’ll stretch, reflect, and sometimes sit with hard truths. But you’ll also feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded. Clients often report:
Better sleep and less tension
More patience with family
Increased emotional regulation
Renewed self‑trust and confidence
A sense of relief that they’re no longer carrying it all alone
My Role
Think of me as your guide, teammate, and gentle challenger. I’ll celebrate your wins, hold space for your tears, and offer accountability when old habits try to creep back in. Together, we’ll craft tools that fit real life—so the lessons you learn in session translate to real change in your home life, your relationships, your work, your finances and your health.

Why Choose Online Therapy?
I provide therapy services to clients throughout all of Washington State. Coaching clients welcome from anywhere.
Life is full—and sometimes making it to an in-person session just isn’t realistic. That’s why I offer secure, confidential tele-sessions through Zoom and other HIPAA-compliant video platforms.
What are Tele-Sessions?
Online sessions offer the same supportive, personalized care you'd receive in person—just from the comfort of your home, office, or anywhere you feel safe and grounded. Many of my clients were initially hesitant, but quickly found that tele-sessions made it easier to commit to their healing work. The convenience of not having to drive, park, or rearrange your whole day is a game-changer.
You’ll simply receive a private video link at the time of your appointment. All you need is a private, quiet space and a phone or computer. I’ll take care of the rest.
Who Benefits from Online Therapy?
Tele-sessions may be a great fit if:
You’re juggling work, family, and life—and need flexibility
You live in a rural area or have limited access to local support
You’re navigating anxiety, overwhelm, or depression and want something that feels more manageable
Online therapy can feel surprisingly personal and powerful. Many clients say they feel more at ease being in their own space—and that sessions feel just as impactful as meeting face to face.
Online therapy isn’t just a convenient alternative—it can be a deeply effective way to get the support you need, in a way that truly fits your life. Here are some of the benefits:
Comfort + Convenience No commute, no waiting rooms, no rushing across town. Sessions happen in a space you already feel safe—your home, your office, even your parked car.
Greater Flexibility Easier scheduling around work, kids, or energy levels. Online sessions reduce cancellations and help you stay consistent, even on hard days.
More Privacy, Less Pressure For many women, being in their own environment helps them feel more relaxed and open.
Equally Effective Research shows that virtual therapy can be just as impactful as in-person care. You’ll still receive the same somatic tools and compassionate guidance.
Accessible Wherever You Are Ideal if you live in a rural area or simply haven’t found the right provider nearby.

What is Mindfulness—and Why It Matters for You
Mindfulness isn’t about being perfectly calm or having an empty mind. It’s about learning to notice—your thoughts, your body, your breath, your emotions—without judgment. It’s a gentle practice of coming home to yourself, again and again.
For many of the women I work with—mothers, cycle-breakers, and those moving through major life transitions—mindfulness becomes a lifeline. It helps you:
Slow down when everything feels overwhelming
Recognize your triggers before you spiral
Be more present with your kids, your partner, and yourself
Respond instead of react
Reconnect with your body and nervous system
Even just a few moments of mindful awareness each day can shift how you feel in your body, how you speak to yourself, and how you move through the world. It’s not about doing it perfectly. It’s about building a new relationship with your inner world—one rooted in curiosity, compassion, and presence.
In our work together, I’ll guide you through simple, approachable mindfulness tools that help regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and bring more steadiness into your everyday life.

Healing the Past Through Brain + Body
Trauma isn’t just something that happened to you; it’s something that lives in your nervous system. Whether the wounds trace back to childhood or stem from more recent events, their echoes can surface as anxiety, numbness, health issues, or flashbacks that hijack your day.
My Somatic, Brain‑Wise Approach
I blend trauma‑informed talk therapy with somatic practices, EFT tapping, and nervous‑system regulation. Together, we help your brain understand the story and your body release the stored survival energy—so you feel safe, steady, and whole again.
Traumas I Commonly Help Women Heal
Emotional or physical abuse (past or present)
Childhood neglect or family dysfunction
Pregnancy or birth trauma
Medical emergencies, accidents, or chronic illness
Grief and complicated loss
Witnessing violence or growing up with chaos
Life transitions that retrigger old wounds
No trauma is “too small” to matter; if it still hurts, it deserves care.
What Healing Looks Like Here
A Safe, Compassionate Space to tell your truth at your own pace.
Body‑Based Tools to calm racing thoughts, flashbacks, panic, or dissociation in the moment.
Gentle Memory Processing that honors your limits while loosening trauma’s grip.
Integration & Growth so you can feel present with yourself and children, confident in relationships, and energized for the life you’re creating.
If you’re ready to stop reliving the past and start reclaiming your future, trauma‑focused therapy can be your bridge to relief and renewal—one session, one breath at a time.

A gentle, body-based approach to healing.
If talk therapy hasn’t felt like enough — maybe you see your patterns but still feel stuck — somatic therapy might be the missing piece.
If you’ve ever said, “I know where it comes from, but I don't know what to do,” you’re not alone — and you’re not doing anything wrong. Sometimes, insight alone isn’t enough to heal what’s living in the body.
Somatic Therapy offers a different path. “Somatic” simply means of the body. This approach invites you to tune into your body’s subtle cues — like tension, tightness, numbness, or that wired-but-tired feeling — to help release stress and trauma that talking alone can’t always reach.
Rather than pushing through or analyzing, we slow down and gently explore how your nervous system has learned to protect you. Together, we create space for your body to feel safe again, so you can soften old survival patterns and begin to feel more grounded, connected, and present in your life.
You don’t need any prior experience — just a little curiosity and a willingness to go at your own pace. Many clients share that this work helped them feel more like themselves again — in their body, in their relationships, and in their day-to-day life.

Calm Your Mind, Soothe Your Body
Anxiety can show up in so many ways: racing thoughts, trouble sleeping, irritability, tightness in the chest, difficulty concentrating, or a constant sense that something bad is about to happen. For many women, it can feel like you're always bracing for impact—on edge, exhausted, and unable to fully exhale.
Anxiety isn’t “just in your head.” It’s often a sign that your nervous system is overwhelmed or stuck in survival mode. Sometimes it’s connected to old patterns, past trauma, or life transitions. Sometimes it builds slowly from stress, overcommitment, or never feeling like you can truly rest.
In our work together, we’ll start by understanding your unique experience of anxiety—where it shows up in your body, how it affects your thoughts, and how it’s been trying to protect you. I’ll teach you how your nervous system works, and together we’ll use somatic tools and evidence-based practices to help regulate your system and gently rewire the stress response.
You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of your body’s signals, tools to calm anxious patterns in real-time, and the ability to respond with more clarity, confidence, and care. With the right support, freedom from anxiety is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone.
Therapy for Depression — Reclaim Energy, Connection, and Hope
Depression can feel like a weight you carry quietly, even while managing everything and everyone around you. You might find yourself moving through the motions—exhausted, disconnected, tearful for no clear reason, or numb to the things you used to care about. You may feel isolated, ashamed for not feeling “grateful enough,” or overwhelmed by guilt for how you show up (or don’t) for the people you love.
If you're in the postpartum period, these feelings can be especially disorienting. You love your baby deeply and still feel lost, anxious, depleted, or like a stranger in your own life.
You are not broken—and you are not alone.
Depression can arise from emotional suppression, chronic stress, burnout, or unresolved trauma. Sometimes it begins in childhood or adolescence. Other times, it surfaces during big life transitions like motherhood, loss, or identity shifts. Depression doesn’t just live in your thoughts—it also lives in the body: in your breath, posture, nervous system, and sense of safety.
In our work together, we’ll create space to listen to what your symptoms may be trying to say. Using somatic therapy, nervous system support, and evidence-based mind-body tools, we’ll gently reconnect you with the parts of you that have felt hidden, hurt, or unheard.
This isn’t about pushing through or pretending everything is okay—it’s about tending to what needs care and allowing yourself to heal, with compassion and support.
You deserve to feel more like yourself again—steady, present, connected, and truly alive.
