You're getting through the day…
But it's taking a lot out of you.

You notice when someone’s upset, keep track of what needs doing, and find a way to make things work. But you’re running out of patience and energy. Even when you get a moment to yourself, your mind is still on what you missed or who you let down.

You know you want something to change and it’s frustrating to keep ending up here when you’re already trying so hard.

Maybe some of this feels familiar:

At home

  • You wish someone would notice what needs doing without needing you to make the list.

  • When you finally sit down, you feel guilty for resting while there's still so much to do.

At work

  • You say, "Of course, I can do that," when you already have more than you can manage.

  • One comment from your boss stays with you all evening, even after a day of doing everything else right.

With your kids

  • You want to be patient, but by bedtime, even one more question feels like too much.

  • You hear yourself reacting in a way you promised you wouldn’t, then lie awake thinking about it.

In your relationships

  • You say, “It’s fine,” because explaining what hurt feels harder than letting it go.

  • You know what everyone else needs. When it comes to what you need, you’re less sure, or worried it will be too much.

In your body

  • You catch yourself holding your breath or clenching your jaw, even when nothing seems to be wrong.

  • You’re tired all day, then get into bed and feel wide awake.

There’s room for you here, too.

You don’t have to wait until you can’t keep going to get support.

You deserve space to be honest about how hard it’s been and help finding a way to feel better.

Maybe you already recognize some of these patterns from your family or earlier experiences.

Maybe you’re still trying to understand why you feel this way.

We’ll make room for what’s happening now and explore what you’ve been carrying. Together, we’ll work toward changes you can feel in everyday life: saying what you need, resting without spending the whole time feeling guilty, and having more choice in how you respond.

Make Room for Who You Are Now.

Healing isn’t about getting rid of everything you learned or becoming a different person.

It’s about understanding what shaped you, noticing what no longer fits, and creating more choice in how you respond now.

In our work together, we look at the patterns, beliefs, and body responses that keep pulling you back into the same places.

From there, you can begin to loosen what’s no longer working and make space for what else is possible.

Every family has patterns.

You get to be the one who changes the story.

What Becomes Possible

  • Healing doesn’t mean becoming a different person. It means your nervous system no longer has to run the show.

As the work settles in, many women begin to notice:

  • A pause before you react

You catch yourself before snapping, and when you don’t, repair comes more easily.

  • Rest without guilt

Your body begins to recognize that slowing down is safe, not lazy or selfish.

  • More choice in your life

You decide what you say yes to, what you say no to, which relationships get your energy, and what you show up for.

  • Feeling good in your body

Less tension and bracing, steadier energy, and more ease in how you move through your day.

  • More of who you really are

You become the version of yourself you want to be, living by your own values instead of old patterns, with room for the joy that’s been buried under holding it all together.

  • Change at your own pace

Change happens at the pace your body can hold, and it adds up.

Hi, I’m Gina

I’m a trauma therapist and somatic practitioner in Camas, WA with 20 years of experience helping women understand how patterns shaped by their families, relationships, and life experiences affect how they feel, connect, care for themselves, and relate to the world around them.

Earlier in my own life, anxiety, burnout, and old family patterns shaped how I moved through the world. I was responsible, capable, and outwardly functional while feeling tense, depleted, and disconnected underneath. What helped wasn’t trying harder or thinking my way out of it. It was learning to work with my nervous system, not against it.

That journey fuels my mission: to help women and moms become the ones who change the story. When old patterns lose their grip, you get to choose how you care for yourself, how you show up in relationships, and how you parent, from a place of strength instead of survival.

I don’t believe in pushing people past their capacity or rushing insight before the body feels safe. I believe in steady, sustainable change that helps you reconnect with yourself and move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and choice.
