Not sure if the Circle is for you? Take the quiz.

You might recognize yourself here

Maybe you're carrying more than your share, and it's been that way so long you barely notice anymore. Or maybe you notice it every single day.

  • Replaying conversations and decisions long after they're over

  • Feeling guilty the minute you try to rest

  • People-pleasing, or going quiet to avoid conflict

  • Feeling responsible for everyone else's feelings in the room

  • Repeating a relationship pattern you thought you'd already changed

  • Snapping or shutting down with your kids, partner, or parents, then feeling awful afterward

  • Understanding your patterns in your head, but still watching them take over in the moment

  • Dreading family gatherings because you already know the role you'll be expected to play

None of this means something is wrong with you. Most of these patterns started as ways to stay safe, keep the peace, or take care of the people around you. The goal isn't to judge them or blame anyone who came before you. It's to understand what you learned and create more choice in what happens next.

What the Circle is

The Circle is live and experiential. Each week combines teaching, guided reflection, real conversation, and body-based practice.

This isn't a class where you sit and listen for 90 minutes. Understanding why you react the way you do is a start, but it doesn't always help in the moment your jaw tightens or an old reaction takes over. So we practice, together, in the room.

How the experiential work happens

Each week includes tapping, somatic practices, guided reflection, and parts work. Sometimes I'll invite a volunteer for a guided exercise while the rest of the Circle follows along and notices what comes up for them.

You don't have to be the one being guided to get something out of it. Watching another woman work through a familiar pattern often brings something into focus for you, too.

Participation is always your choice. You can share, tap along, listen quietly, or sit out any exercise.

Inside the six weeks

  1. Recognizing What You've Been Carrying. The roles, beliefs, and stories passed down through your family or reinforced through your life.

  2. The Patterns That Learned to Protect You. Overfunctioning, perfectionism, people-pleasing, reactivity, shutting down, and feeling responsible for everyone.

  3. When Your Body Reacts Before Your Mind Catches Up. How these patterns live in your nervous system, and how to notice bracing, overwhelm, or disconnection sooner.

  4. How Old Patterns Show Up Now. In parenting, partnerships, boundaries, communication, and the roles you play in your family.

  5. Letting Go of What No Longer Fits. Using tapping, somatic practices, and parts work to loosen old beliefs and burdens.

  6. Choosing What Comes Next. Building your personal Cycle-Breaker Plan for moving forward with more self-trust and choice.

Six weeks won't resolve every pattern. You will leave with real awareness, practical tools, a supportive circle of women, and a clear plan for continuing on your own.

What's included

  • 6 live 90-minute sessions

  • A workbook for each week's reflection and practice

  • Recorded practice audios you can return to anytime

  • Support from the Circle throughout the six weeks

  • Your personal Cycle-Breaker Plan

The teaching portion of each session is recorded and shared. The participation portion is not, to protect everyone's privacy.

What you can expect to gain

  • A clearer understanding of where your patterns come from

  • Awareness of your triggers and protective responses

  • Tools for working with your nervous system instead of fighting it

  • Tapping and somatic practices you can use in everyday life

  • Support for setting boundaries and responding more intentionally

  • Connection with women who understand how hard this work can be

The Circle is a good fit if you're ready to

  • Look honestly, and kindly, at your patterns

  • Understand how your family shaped your reactions and relationships

  • Try tapping and nervous system tools, even if they're new to you

  • Practice between sessions

  • Create change for yourself, your relationships, and your family

The Circle is for all women, moms or not.

It may not be the right fit if you

  • Are in an acute mental health crisis or need emergency support

  • Need more individualized mental health care right now

  • Are looking for a class you can listen to without taking part

If any of this is true for you, reach out and we'll talk about what kind of support makes the most sense.

Better Together: Bring a Friend

Imagine doing this work alongside someone who already knows your story, like your best girlfriend or your sister.

Here's something many sisters discover: you can grow up in the same house, with the same parents, and still come away with completely different experiences and patterns. One of you became the peacekeeper, the other the one who pushed back. One learned to stay quiet, the other learned to take care of everyone. Going through the Circle together gives you a rare chance to see each other's experience with fresh eyes, and to finally understand how the same family shaped each of you in its own way.

With your best girlfriend, it's a chance to go deeper than everyday catch-ups. You'll learn the same language, the same tools, and the same practices, so you can check in after a session, share what came up, and remind each other to tap or breathe when an old pattern shows up. You'll have someone in your life who really gets what you're working on.

You'll leave with more than new skills. You'll have a closer, more honest relationship with someone who matters to you, and a shared understanding that lasts long after the Circle ends.

Starting February 1, when you enroll with your best girlfriend or sister, you each pay $547.

Why I created this Circle

Every family carries patterns. Some bring us closer. Some protect us. And some keep us stuck.

I've lived this, not only as a therapist, but as a woman and a mom. I learned that love alone doesn't change old patterns. Whatever we haven't worked through shows up in our reactions, our relationships, and the stories we tell ourselves. My kids are a big part of why I kept going deeper into this work.

I created this Circle because women deserve a place to understand these patterns, work with what their bodies have been carrying, and practice something different, without having to figure it all out alone. This isn't about blaming our parents or becoming perfect. It's about awareness, repair, and choice.

Questions before you enroll

Do I need to be a mom to join?
No. The Circle is for all women.

Do I need experience with tapping, somatic work, or parts work?
No. I'll guide every practice step by step.

Will I have to share personal things?
No. Sharing in the Circle is always your choice.

What if I miss a session?
There are no makeup sessions, but you'll get the recorded teaching portion, and you can request a transcript of that session's lesson.

Can I join while I'm in individual therapy?
Yes. Many women do. The Circle isn't a replacement for individual mental health care.

How does Bring a Friend work?
Starting February 1, you and your best girlfriend or sister each enroll using the code FRIEND at checkout and add each other's name, and you each pay $547. Discounts don't combine, so if you enrolled at the New Year rate, that's your rate.

Can I give a seat as a gift?
Yes. Just complete checkout for your friend's seat, or reach out and I'll help you set it up.

Is there a discount for past participants?
Yes. If you've taken the Circle before, you can join a future round at a reduced rate.

What's the refund policy?
You have 24 hours after payment to cancel. After that, enrollment is final.

What happens after I enroll?
You'll get a welcome email, a participation agreement with privacy expectations, and everything you need for the first session.

You don't have to keep carrying every pattern just because it was handed to you.

Change doesn't require perfection. It starts with awareness, support, and practice, and it's easier when you're not doing it alone.

This is an educational Circle experience, not individual therapy or coaching.
