Somatic Integration & Support

A gentle space to reconnect with yourself, at your own pace.

You’ve done so much already - maybe you’ve started talk therapy, explored your past, or simply noticed that old patterns no longer feel right. But even with all that awareness, something still feels unsettled. Your mind understands, but your body might be holding on.

Somatic integration is a slow, supportive way of helping your body catch up to the healing you’ve already begun.
There’s no pressure here, just space to breathe, feel, and gently listen to what your body needs.

In our work together, we might explore simple practices like grounding, breathwork, or gentle movement - small ways of tuning in and offering your body the support it may not have received in the past. As trust builds, we may also gently incorporate deeper somatic tools like guided visualizations, nervous system education, parts work (IFS), and EFT tapping to help process stored emotions and unwind long-held survival patterns.

You don’t need to know how to do any of it - we’ll go step by step, with kindness, curiosity, and care for your pace. Many clients share that this work helps them feel calmer, more connected, and less overwhelmed in their day-to-day life ,and they can finally breathe again.

This kind of support can be especially helpful if:

You’re feeling tender, tired, or unsure how to move forward

You’ve done some inner work but still feel anxious, disconnected, or “stuck”

You want to feel more present, but your body feels tense, reactive, or shut down

You long for a space where you can slow down and just be - no fixing, no pressure.

Somatic integration is about gently coming home to yourself.
Together, we create a space where your body feels safe enough to soften, your nervous system feels supported, and you begin to feel more like you again.
