About Gina
Gina Watkins (she/her) is a licensed clinical social worker, somatic therapist, and trauma-informed coach who specializes in supporting women and mothers navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Her work is rooted in a deep belief that healing is possible when we feel safe in our bodies, regulated in our nervous systems, and supported in our truth.
With over two decades of experience, Gina brings a grounded, compassionate, and highly skilled presence to her sessions. She helps clients explore and release long-held patterns—especially those shaped by childhood trauma, intergenerational wounds, burnout, and the invisible load many women carry. Her approach is both gentle and direct, offering clients a safe space to reconnect with themselves, create lasting change, and break cycles that no longer serve.

Gina blends traditional psychotherapy with somatic and nervous-system-informed modalities to support deep, lasting healing. Her work integrates EFT/tapping, mindfulness, parts work, and trauma-informed education to help clients shift out of survival mode and into a place of presence, self-trust, and vitality.
She offers therapy intensives and individual sessions that support women in reconnecting with their bodies, rewriting old patterns, and stepping into a version of themselves that feels grounded, empowered, and whole.
Whether someone is navigating motherhood, relationship challenges, burnout, or unprocessed trauma from the past, Gina creates a space that is affirming, skillful, and deeply human.
