About Gina

A woman with long dark hair smiling outdoors, wearing a black sleeveless top and earrings, with a background of trees and sunlight.

Gina Watkins (she/her) is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, trauma-trained therapist, and somatic practitioner with over two decades of experience walking alongside women through anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. She specializes in supporting mothers, cycle-breakers, and deep feelers, especially those navigating burnout, overwhelm, and the impact of relationship wounds.

Gina’s work is grounded in the belief that healing begins when we feel safe in our bodies, steady in our nervous systems, and supported by someone who truly understands the depth of what we’re carrying.

She brings a unique integration of professional expertise, body-based practices, and relational depth. Her approach is warm and collaborative -you show up as you are, and she brings the support, guidance, and her expertise to help you move forward.

Gina is trained in:

  • Somatic therapy and nervous system regulation

  • Trauma-informed care with a focus on complex and developmental trauma

  • Attachment and relationship healing

  • Postpartum and maternal mental health

  • Intergenerational trauma and patterns

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and mind-body integration

Whether you’re healing old wounds or navigating a new chapter, Gina offers a steady, compassionate presence — and a path forward that honors the whole of who you are.
