About Gina
Gina Watkins (she/her) is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, trauma-trained therapist, and somatic practitioner with over two decades of experience walking alongside women through anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. She specializes in supporting mothers, cycle-breakers, and deep feelers — especially those navigating burnout, overwhelm, and the impact of relationship wounds.
Gina’s work is grounded in the belief that healing begins when we feel safe in our bodies, steady in our nervous systems, and supported by someone who truly understands the depth of what we’re carrying.
She brings a unique integration of professional expertise, body-based practices, and relational depth. Her approach is warm and collaborative — you show up as you are, and she brings the support, guidance, and her expertise to help you move forward.
Gina is trained in:
Somatic therapy and nervous system regulation
Trauma-informed care with a focus on complex and developmental trauma
Attachment and relationship healing
Perinatal and maternal mental health
Parenting support and generational cycle-breaking
Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and mind-body integration
Clients often describe her as kind, calming, and deeply intuitive — someone who knows when to hold space, and when to gently challenge patterns that no longer serve.
Whether you’re healing old wounds or navigating a new chapter, Gina offers a steady, compassionate presence — and a path forward that honors the whole of who you are.
